Here’s the Recap on what was yesterday’s meeting about
Meeting #1 @ KAP 630pm – 830pm
Present: Fadhil, Saiful, Sean, Siti, Tommy, Xin Yu, Christine, Fazillah
1) Finalized Red Pea stores are out.
· Please be aware that McD BM and McD TBP is not in Red Pea
· 20 Red Pea stores
*For those who have received the list of participating stores, please kindly cancel off McD BM as it is still in the list.
2) Schedule for 4th Nov Red Pea is out.
· Leaders of each team kindly schedule your members accordingly
3) All STARs, kindly make yourself available on the 10th Nov ( Saturday) for a Red Pea recap meeting @ McD BQ
*More information about this will be released when the time is nearing
4) Edited and finalized Red Pea presenter script.
· All Presenter STARs to learn both Presenter & Art Segment Script
5) All team to have 2 members at registration booth to assist in signing in and handling enquires.
6) Each Art Team Leader to take care of at least 5 kids. 1 team consists of 5 kids.
7) Team Leader is to hold 5 clip boards equip with paper dolls, crayon box, pens & WHISTLE.
8) Red Pea Attire – Red Pea T- Shirt with Dark colored jeans/ slacks together with track shoe or flats (anything comfortable) no slippers please.
Outstanding Issues
· Any of the STARs who has spare Balloon Pump ( not hand pump) to get back to Irene or Me (Fazillah) should you be able to (on loan) the balloon pump for Red Pea décorteam.
· Registration process. How can we ensure a smooth flow during Red Pea Event?
· Checklists have to be created.
· Registration table card holder 2 sets.
That is for now, should I have missed out anything, I would appreciate if you could add it to this to entry itself. Should you need more information or clarification, please do not hesitate to ask around any of the STARs who attended the meeting.

McDonald's Red PEA is a creative and interactive three-parts programme : Play, Exercise and Art!
It aims to promote creative self expression, active body and mind as well as family values.
PLAY.
The Play segment of the Red PEA provides loads of fun through interactive puppetry and ignites every child's imagination and creative thinking through storytelling and develops a strong outward persona through stage acting with songs and dance.
EXERCISE.
Come join Ronald McDonald for some go-active fun! Move to the beat with fun and simple low-impact workouts involving songs,dances and games - learn creative ways to exercise!
ART.
Children can now create a series of fun and educational art in the Art segment of Red PEA specially brought to you by Faber-Castell
